Isabel was born on the Australian mainland in Melbourne. Her father was Australian as is her mother Swiss. Her family was from Cairns, Australia. They resided within Cairns Australia. Together with her sister Nina She attended schools where First Nations and other children of different cultures were included. Isabel currently resides in Byron Bay NSW Australia. Isabel was a part of theater during her years at high school. Following her graduation from Queensland University of Technology she enrolled in acting at the Victorian College of Arts. Additionally, she recently finished a program in the Perdekamp psychological method. Her agent discovered her in 2002. The actress had never attempted in any roles before. She attempted to audition for the part of Home and Away in 1988. The producers didn't believe she was suitable for the part but liked her performance and offered Tasha a new part. Isabel was on the air for 3 years, playing her first role on television and received the Logie Award for new popular talent for her acting. Isabel made the move to Los Angeles, California in 2008. It was in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen 2009. Isabel served as the PatronAmbassador for Melbourne's Human Rights and Arts Film Festival (HRAFF) for the past 10 years, up until 2020. Isabel known for her environmental stance and commitment to social justice and ethical principles, has become a brand ambassador and spokesperson for a variety of fashion and cosmetics campaigns.
